What we collect

What you enter on the application forms: your name, contact details, information about the brand or the outlet, and the files you upload. An unfinished draft stays in your own browser and is not visible to us.

What we use it for

Assessing your application, contacting you about it, invoicing the application fee and, if you are accepted, organising your participation. We do not pass it on for advertising.

How we store it

Uploaded files are kept encrypted and are readable only by the organising team. You can open your own application at any time with the private access link we email you.

How long we keep it

An unfinished draft is deleted after 30 days. Reviewed applications are kept after the season closes: 180 days if declined, 365 days if accepted. After that the personal data is deleted and the uploaded files become unrecoverable.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, and withdraw your application yourself from your own page. Write to privacy@fashionweekhungary.com.
